The work performed was well done. The one complaint I have is, when I was shown the quote for a new door opener, it did not include all the extra stuff done. After showing me the quote for the new opener he mentioned various concerns on our existing door, however by the time he finished addressing all that appeared to be wrong I was so confused I just said yes go ahead and take care of those things. I was not given any itemized prices for those extra things so was quite surprised to see our total went from $675 to $1635. I had already seen the quote for $675. I didn’t realize all the extras added on that much more to our bill. Quite the shock!

I received a same day appointment and the technician, Jacob, explained which & why specific areas of my garage door required repair. I had a major problem with my door on a Saturday. I thought I'd have to wait until Monday to get it fixed. I called Precision and within 3 1/2 hours the technician was standing in my garage. Jake was professional and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem and was great. I would highly recommend this company to anyone with a garage door problem . It's no fun having your car trapped in your garage!

Had an issue with the garage door not sitting flush to the ground after installing new weather striping. Called Monday morning and they were able come that same day between 8 and noon. Once the Technician was onsite, he checked out the door and found that one of the cables was coming apart. After talking with him he said that we had Full Lifetime maintenance and the repair and complete door check was covered under warranty. Only had to pay a Trip charge which was under $90.00 Door is just like new again. I'll be telling everyone about this and will highly recommend them and all door services.

Precision Door was great. I called and got an appointment 4 days later; quicker than I had thought. The technician Rick B was friendly and explained his inspection, what was happening with our garage door, and what needed to be done (replace springs, rollers). I had planned on replacing only the broken spring. Service tech came out, examined all hardware and door. Asked how long I planned to stay in the house, and when I told him forever, he suggested several additional things to replace. Told me it included a 10 year warranty parts and labor. No pressure, also gave 2 other options. I went with best option and very happy with performance of door.

I called this morning and you were able to come out right away. I appreciated that. Though there was nothing that could be done to fix our issue at this time because of the part that is bad on the garage door opener and you do not carry what we need, it was nice to get an answer as to what is wrong with out door. Thank you for the courtesy that Adam showed while working on our door. When the time comes to replace our door or door opener we will be giving your company a call.

arrived on time, was back up and running in 40 minutes. just be prepared to PAY...... cost more for 2 cables than it did to have a different company replace both springs. good service, Very Expensive......
