Great Service! Service tech arrived right during the time fame we were given, was very helpful and knowledgeable, fixed the problems we were having...and was very personable as well. Fast, professional, and complete service. Our tech arrived on time, communicated his arrival well, and explained the work he needed to perform at every step of the process. He provided recommendations without being pushy. After he completed the work, he reviewed maintenance that we can perform ourselves and some best practices for security and safety. Our garage door spring broke last night and we called Overhead Garage Precision Door Service this morning and they were here early this afternoon. When the repair guys come and completely ignore the home owner.... they left and the remote DID NOT work!!!! My brother who IS NOT the owner started talking with the repair guts and I was ignored!! You took out my garage light bulb and did not replace it!! Why would some one leave an empty light socket in the garage??? I was getting another bulb. I was then told to just make out a check. You took the check before the job was finished and drove off!!

What kind of scam is this....I stood right in front of the garage door when he was finished and asked if the rollers were OK and he said they were. Now on invoice it states they should be replaced. More money to spend to scare us into spending more money? Did really appreciate the fast service however.l

Kurt Schneider represented Precision well with his knowledge of the work to be done, his evaluation of future service needs and his offer to explain the use of lubricant to maintain the garage door. Kurt was courteous and well spoken. Amanda answered my service call, again professional and ready to serve. I called for your service as I liked the idea of no service call when work would be done at the first visit. The advertisement was a coupon offer in the mail.
