My garage door broke very suddenly when I was trying to leave for work. I looked online for a repair service and found Precision. After reading through the many positive reviews, I decided to call them. The lady on the phone scheduled me an appointment same-day which was a Saturday. This made me very happy as I thought I would have to wait until mid week. I received a call from the technician, Aaron shortly thereafter to inform me he was on his way. When he arrived, he inspected the door and gave me quote for the necessary repair. There was also another minor issue from the previous owner that has caused me some concern for years that I brought up to him that he was also able to correct. He did all the work in under two hours and my door was working like new. I am very happy with the service. Aaron was very pleasant. The cost was about what I expected to spend. And the speed at which everything happened was just phenomenal. Thank you very much!

Matthew was very thorough and he very kindly explained all the issues that had occurred and what it would take to get our garage door working again. He worked diligently in this horrendous heat and afterward he explained what he did and what we would need to do to keep the springs working as needed.

I was so satisfied with Jake Roszinas quick and efficient service. I called over the weekend and they were there first thing Monday morning. From walking me through what was causing the issue to providing multiple options moving forward, the experience with Jake and precision door was amazing. In today's world, dealing with some businesses can be a pain - no respect, no return calls to keep you informed as to when the service will be done, you know how it can be. This was NOT the case when dealing with Precision Door Service! They provided thoroughly professional, respectful and honest services. Imagine, ONE CALL and the appointment was set (for us it was the next day!) and that the serviceperson called me when he was able to come earlier and asked if that was okay (which I replied yes and liked). Our serviceperson was Eric, who was pleasant, friendly, professional and very respectful of our property! After meeting him, I immediately felt that this is a person who likes his job and will do a good job - I was wrong, he did an EXCELLENT job that was also done quickly and efficiently. When finished, Eric explained as well as showed us what he had done. This made us feel confident, safe and assured that the door was operating correctly. Hi Brian, When your service guy showed up I told him the whole garage wasn't worth what a door would cost. All I wanted was two cables and to fix a broken spring. The only thing I can think of when he said $800 to a $1000 dollars he didn't want to do the job and saw a fast $90 service charge . Had it fixed the next day and cost $175. I am giving you 1 star because I am unable to give you 0 stars. My 83 year old mother called you because her garage door opener (which you installed less than 2 years ago) was not working. You came in and offered her 3 options: replace the eyes, replace eyes and spring, or replace eyes, spring and tracks. I was working at my ICU as a nurse at the time and my husband (a firefighter) was also at work. You sold her the eyes and the spring, which she did not need. You told her "the door wasn't balanced" - instead of toghtening the tension, you sold her a spring that she did not need. You also left staples lying all over her garage floor (for her to clean up) and left the wiring for the eyes exposed. You charged her $570.00 (WAY OVERPRICED). When my husband returned home from work and saw your poor workmanship, he asked your workers to come back and fix the wiring and to show him the spring which they said needed to be replaced. They put tape over the exposed wires (NOT wire nuts) and they refused to show him the spring. You should be ashamed of yourselves for taking advantage of a senior citizen. Karma's a bitch.

Extremely pleased! Technician, Rick Bourget was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Within an hour, he had my non-working door opener disassembled, replaced the worn-out parts, and reassembled. His safety inspection resulted in the recommendation to replace my worn door rollers which were creating "drag". My old bearing type rollers were replaced with new nylon rollers. Now my door "glides" in the track, and moves much more smoothly and much quieter. My opener and door are working just like new! Thank you Rick, for a job well done!
