Outstanding experience. I was recommended by a relative to call these guys when I needed a garage door opener replaced. These guys not only met the recommended comments but just far exceeded them. They came to my home in just a couple of hours and were very professional and explained everything they found very well. Having replaced my home openers several times in my younger days what they told me was spot on. But as great as that experience was the great way they worked with each other was both professional yet enjoyable and down to earth. I would recommend this company and team in a heartbeat and feel really good about it. Such rare performance these days in quality and knowledge. Well done guys! I’m one happy camper and it restores my faith in a company doing quality work and hiring true professionals. Thank you!

Amazing! Aaron and Matt were a wonderful team to work with. They were fast, efficient, and very friendly. Detailed explanations were given on repairs, and things to look out for were listed. I will continue to use Precision for any garage door repairs I have in the future!

I'm glad I chose Precision for my garage door repair. A neighbor had Precision do the repairs on their garage door and gave them a glowing reference, so I called. I received same day service from Matt, a conscientious technician, who worked quickly and thoroughly. He explained what needed to be done before he started. He cleaned up after himself. Stu came to check out the problem we were having with our garage door. He explained what was causing the problem and recommended we get a new garage door. We enjoyed working with Stu. Brian and another young man came to install our new garage door. They did a very good job and they cleaned up when they were done. The new door looks great. We enjoyed working with them as well. We will definitely recommend Precision to our friends and family.

My garage door spring broke on Thursday evening I called Precision Friday morning and ask if they could send someone, they scheduled someone for that afternoon. I had used Precision several years earlier so I was familiar with them. Mike the tech arrived on time, he explained to me what he was going to do, gave me some options, I decided on just changing the broken spring and bearings. Mike had it installed done in about 45 minutes, he did a great job and was very courtious and friendly. I will use Precision in the future for my garage door maintenance needs.

Hi Folks, Just a simple note to express my amazement at the response and service I received the other day with the repair of my garage door springs. Mike Gonyo was the most courteous and proficient tech that I have ever encountered. The speed and perfection he demonstrated in the repair of my door was truly exceptional. I only wish that I had more garage doors to repair because I would surely request the return of Mike to accomplish the repair. In closing all I can say is "THANKY YOU" for the great service and response. PS - the door works better than when it was new!!!!!
