I was super pleased with Precision Door of Madison. Customer service was great in answering my questions and scheduling was no problem. Kurt Schneider was my tech and I will for sure ask for him whenever I need service again. He called before he arrived and was here at 8 am sharp. He looked it all over and then gave me his evaluation and what it would cost. His evaluation went from the absolute basic minimum to additional service he would recommend to various degrees based on cost and urgency. He repeatedly asked if I had questions and reviewed what he was doing and why. He also wore a mask as we have a new granddaughter and I am concerned. Thank You very much and don’t forget to ask for Kurt!

We just had our new garage door installed. It truly is a great looking door and the installers did an excellent job. I would highly recommend Precision Door Service to anyone who might be interested in getting a new garage door. Don't buy from the big box stores. You get what you pay for!!!!!! I may have paid a little more but glad I did.

We had a new garage door installed, it looks very nice. We had a small hiccup in that one panel of the door was scratched. Precision ordered a new panel and replaced it.

I picked your company because I had used it a couple years ago and had a great experience. The technician this time was friendly and professional, too. He assessed the situation in the morning and then installed the new opener, rail, key pad and button for door. He reminded me to register the new equipment online. Very personable guy. I have recommended your company to friends because of the quick response and great customer service.

Came out to the house at 8:30 PM to get garage door fixed and didn't leave until the job was done at 9:45 PM. Can't ask for better service than that.

I had made my appointment with Precision to repair broken springs, but I was also able to purchase new door openers, replace a bent piece of track and have the weather stripping replaced, all in one visit. Everything they needed was on their truck, ready to go. The technicians were very prompt and did an excellent job!
