Our garage door was opening and closing of its own accord. We finally pulled the plug on the power source in order to keep it shut. Problem solved after Matthew came and figured out what the problems were. He took the time to do a complete check of our system and gave us a couple of options to consider for fixing it. I called for service as my door would not consistently close. I was asked when would be good for me. I, half joking, said tomorrow. The agent said sure, would morning work? After my jaw hit the floor I told her that that would be fantastic. At 8:05 am Jake called and said he would be here in 40 minutes. He was right on time, friendly and professional. Kudos to Jake. Problem solved. My only regret is that I didn't catch the name of the person that I initially had contact with. My hat's off to you and thanks to all for taking care of my problem so quickly. It's nice to know there are still great people in the service industry.

Technician arrived on time (10 minutes early) and fixed my door which would not open due to a misaligned track. After that was corrected he showed me other areas which would need future attention and when I asked if he could replace the worn parts now he agreed and worked almost 2 hours at night in freezing temps. This door is more than 40 years old and now operates like new. He was polite, knowledgeable and very thorough and I would recommend him and your company to anyone. Donna

Called in the morning and had Matthew on site in 4 hours to inspect our garage door that would not open. He quickly identified the problem as a broken spring but also spent time explaining to use the life expectancy of all the individual items that make up your garage door system and how they work together. We ended up replacing a couple other items as well that had not yet failed but were showing some wear. Matthew was a very professional and knowledgeable individual, we will use Precision for all future service as long as Matthew is the repair tech.
