Service technician Stu showed up on time. Was very friendly & professional. Performed spring replacement quickly and cleaned up before he left. Very knowledgeable on products and took time to explain everything. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Great customer service.

The installers arrived right on time and got right to work. They worked tirelessly on the installation of the garage door. They were here until almost 8:00pm getting the door installed and working properly. They then took the time to go through the paperwork and the mechanics of the door. They left after cleaning up after themselves and making sure the door was working perfectly. I would highly recommend them. Their initial visit was the same day I called and that technician was also right on time and very helpful.

I have been a customer of Precision for a number of years. My garage door opener finally decided to stop working after almost 20 years. I called Precision and Harris came out the next day. He was professional funny and knowledgeable. Just an all around great guy! I have been very impressed with the customer service of your company. In this day and age it is hard to find. I am a walking commercial for Precision and will tell everyone who needs garage information/maintenance to call you! Thank you to the Precision Team for always going above and beyond!!

Very satisfied! I was told it would be 4-6 weeks from the order date for my door to be installed. It was installed in only 3 weeks. My installer was courteous and informative on routine maintenance for the door. I am pleased to have chosen Precision.

Our garage door broke on a Sunday. We called that day and made an appointment for the next day. Mike was here in the time that was stated. He was very friendly and honest about the two different types of springs and the cost of each. He stated we needed roller bearings and the rest of the door was in good shape. If we ever need a new garage door or know someone that does, we would highly recommend Precision for the job. Great workmanship!!!!! Thanks

The spring on our garage door broke (on a Saturday, of course). Called Precision and they had a repairman out within an hour. Colin was very professional and efficient. It was repaired in an hour. Would highly recommend!
