Random Call to evaluate technician performed May 21, 2009 at 6:43pm Customer reports: Excellent in all areas evaluated. Technician knowledge, Appareance, Coureous Service, Prompt Response, Quality of Workmanship, Satisfaction in purchase made, Satisfaction in service rendered, Telephone Communication, and Overall Satisfaction. Personal Comments: Chris Tomaw did an excellent job. He came in, diagnosed that the garage door opener needed to be replaced. It was blown out by the previous night’s lightning strike. Chris was very professional and informative. I asked a lot of questions and was observing the whole process. I would recommend Chris for any future business. He also recommended a value package and included a surge protector at no additional charge.

  • Spring is Surge Protector time!! Protect your operator investment!!

Posted on May 14th, 2009 WisGarageDoors No comments

Surge protectors on overhead garage door openers are a must but Spring storms give rise to incidents where operators are “hit” and the surge can literally destroy your investment in your operator. Protect your operator today and prevent costly repairs or replacement tomorrow. Ask your Precision Door Service Certified Technician or knowledgeable staff about adding a surge protector to your operator. You will be glad you did.
