I got your number from a business card that my co-worker gave me. She told me how Chris Tomaw stopped to help her last year. She could not get her door up and needed to get out to go to work. Everyone else just passed right by but for some reason your technician, Chris, was in the neighborhood and saw her. He stopped and helped her get her door up while she got her car out and then let the door down. She asked him how much she owed him for the help because she saw he was from a garage door company by the decals on his truck. He just told her to have a nice day and handed her a business card and said if you need help give us a call. Kindness like that is so rare these days and when I was saying I was having problems with my door, my co-worker recommended your company. I was extremely happy with the service I received as well. It was a real person who answered my call and was so friendly and knowledgable. The technician was out the same day and repaired the door within an hour. He was so courteous and explained everything to me in detail. I will continue to pass along good stories about your entire company and will recommend anyone to use you.

I would like to make some comments to all of you who were “involved” in the installation of my garage door recently. From my initial contact (found your business on the internet), calling your office and talking with Sue who set up a time for me to get an estimate the same day! Then your Certified Technician, James Rodey, who was SO professional. The time it took from my initial call to the installation of the door was less than 4 days. GREAT!!!!!!
